- 15 minute walk to San Mateo CalTrain and Hillsdale
- Short drive to Millbrae Bart Station.
- Conveniently located for commuting to San Francisco, anywhere in the peninsula, the South Bay and East Bay (less then a mile from San Mateo bridge)

About you:

Someone who is easy going, respectful, keeps regular work hours, is considerate of common spaces and keeps them clean.

Rent is $1600/month - all utilities are included + high speed Comcast internet. Total move in cost is $2,200 which includes a $600 refundable deposit. Preferably Six month lease but can work around your needs. Move in date would begin from January 2, 2017.
