I am a 59-year-old male, non-smoking, professional seeking a neat, relatively quiet, financially responsible apartment mate. I generally work from home, but am currently sheltering in place in New Jersey, so you would have the apartment to yourself until the lock-down is over.

Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, TV and phone, and monthly cleaning. The apartment is on the top (9th) floor with unobstructed sunny views to the southeast. The small balcony has a table, chairs and a folding lounge.

This new (2003) building is very conveniently located. It's a 13-minute bike ride, 26-minute walk or 23-minute bus ride to Columbia University. It is also only a 7-minute walk to the 2/3 train, 6 train, and Metro North at 125th Street. The M1 (Madison Avenue) bus stops in front of the building.

The apartment is fully furnished including a double bed with storage, desk and dresser and closet in the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom is the larger of the two, and directly across from the bedroom.

The building has great amenities including: 24-hour security/doormen, gym, courtyard with BBQ grill and picnic tables, social room, large laundry room, bike storage and live-in super.
