Available to view and move-in by June 27th.

The place is directly across from the park (can see soccer fields from the windows via Caton Ave). Located on the second floor and is a walk-up. Nearest subway stop is Church Ave off the B/Q.

Large bedroom and has small closet in the room and one large closet in the living room.

Place is newly renovated with all new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrig, and washer/dryer unit. Shared space: Living room, kitchen, and one bathroom.

About me: I work in book publishing on the marketing side. On the weekends, I'm usually out meeting friends, or going to parks. Hobbies include: cooking, writing, anime, and books. I'm not huge on the social scene and I don't drink, but that's not to say I don't enjoy going out or having friends over occasionally. The other female you'd be living with works full time M-F, and is quiet and respectful.

I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, financially stable, considerate, clean, organized, mature and LGBTQ friendly. Serious inquiries only please.
