The rent is $1630 from June 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021 for 15 month and if renewed next year, it may be at a different rate depending on the rental management office upon renewal. Move-in date is June 2020 or July 1, 2020. Please make sure that you?re comfortable with the rent. Please provide your job offer letter and pay stubs. Only one roommate please (two roommates in the entire apartment). If you wish to rent the entire apartment with your friend, two of you, the rent would be higher. No pets, Nonsmoker. Great convenient location on the upper east side of Manhattan. The apartment is on 22nd floor on the 3rd Avenue and 95th street. It was completely renovated a few years ago. The common areas, the living room, bathroom, kitchen, are for share and have been kept well, hard wood floor, appliances and granite countertops and floor for the kitchen, marble bathroom. The bedroom for rent is a spacious 14? x 12? professionally converted bedroom from the biggest one bedroom in the building. The bedroom is currently furnished to meet basic needs, a mattress, a storage chest, a desk, a table lamp, as shown in the pictures. The room fits in a full set of furniture. Outside of the bedroom, One double door closet in the doorway is exclusively for you, which don?t take up your bedroom space. The queen size mattress and spring box and a few pieces of simple furniture were purchased brand new in 2016. The retail price for the mattress alone was $2058 ($1890 + tax). The living room is 10? x 12? and fully furnished.

In addition to the rent, utilities go with the actual expenses and average from $25-$40 for each person. Internet, TV, phone, is about $36- $62 for each person. Hot and cold water and gas stoves are included in the rent. Approximately $1700 all together.

Great Location: The apartment is in a luxury 24 hours doorman high-rise building, Normandie Court. The subway 6 stop is at 96 street and Lexington Ave., just one block away from the building. This is NOT negotiable. $600 non-refundable cash deposit may be accepted to hold the apartment for five days when the office management is going through security check. First month rent needs to be paid on the day to move in and the deposit will be deducted from the rent of the first month. The applicant will pay $20 to the management directly to go through a background credit check.
