Room comes furnished with full size bed, two dressers, night stand, small desk table with chair, etc.
There is a large built in closet in the bedroom.
Apt has comfortable living/dining area, with exit to the balcony; full kitchen etc .Bathroom with double sink.(pics attached)
There is also extra room in apt that we use for the storage.
Laundry room, gym, Amazon lockers and 24/7 doorman and security in the building.
We live on Lexington ave in elevator building facing Central Harlem.
Subway lines 4,5 express and local 6 is just 3 blocks away(less than 10mins to midtown).
7min walk to 2,3 express lines or you can take all the crosstown busses on 125th street.
You will be sharing apt with two easy going, fun females ;)
I am looking for someone reliable, who can pay the rent on time, professional or student, clean, responsible and considerate roommate. To move in you`ll need deposit of $1180.
