I am looking for a cool, easygoing female professional to take my roommate's place (Sept 1 onwards) for this fabulous bedroom in a 2-br converted apartment. I have lived in this apartment building for 2-7 years and love it, but one of our roommates just lost her nyc job and I am looking for someone to fill her vacancy.

*washer/dryer located on every floor with key card system (no more hoarding quarters!)

*sweet roommate who is a professional and won't disturb you during the workweek when you need your sleep, but are always happy to give you advice about whether that outfit works.

* doorman to take receipt of your Freshdirect or food delivery and keep weirdos out of the building (it IS New York after all)

*rooftop with views of Empire State, Chrysler, and MetLife building. My roommates and I have watched the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade and the Fourth of July fireworks from our rooftop for years.
