I have a fully furnished spare bedroom (with a private bathroom outside of the room) directly across from Ft Greene Park available on May 1st for $1500. The room is cozy but the 13ft high ceiling and 10ft tall (east-facing) window offer a great sense of space...Not to mention the two living rooms, two bathrooms, and parlor kitchen. The renter will have full access to live/work/be in the apartment as I want someone to feel at home while here.
The daybed pulls out into a California queen-size with storage beneath. There is also a private closet with a 6 drawer chest and a very high ceiling (for storage) outside of the room.
I have a dog (10yo female Great Dane) her name is Phylis and she's a big baby. Lapdog type of mentality.
I'm directly on Fort Greene Park. The Farmers Market is literally across the street every Saturday and the neighborhood has the best restaurants and bars within a 3 block radius of the apartment. Close to all trains (ACGQBDNR12345LIRR Navy Yard Ferry)
