Looking for Housemate in Brooklyn.

Looking for a housemate for a townhouse in Brooklyn. The house has 3 floors, a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, living-room/dining room, backyard and three bedrooms. The available bedroom has a built in closet.

I’m a grad school student living with my fiancé, an attorney in his early 30s, 8 year old child and a lovable Yorkie. We love cycling, bowling and staying physically fit. We’re pretty chill and looking for someone that would fit in with the energy of our home.
The house is fully furnished. Pictures of the room are posted. The room will be completely empty at time of move in. Room is 15 x 8 and can comfortably fit a queen size bed and furniture. The basement has space for working out, a washer/dryer and may be used for limited storage.

We have access to a backyard which can be used for BBQing and entertaining. We just have to maintain the yard.

Street parking is available with ease on the block of the house.

Public Transportation in the area: C train (a block away), J train, B14, B20, B83 Q24 (all within 5 blocks).

Your share of rent and utilities is all-inclusive. You'd be responsible for half of any cable plan we agree on, though not necessary.
