Large Photographer's Bedroom Sublet in a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Fully furnished and well equipped - you're home on Hart St.

The Apartment:
Top, 3rd floor apartment in a 3 unit building. Social, plant and pet filled, fully equipped smart home. The common space of the home features a large entry, open kitchen/dining/living area, hardwood floors and plenty of light.

The kitchen is fully stocked and we often cook together or share a family meal on a weeknight or weekend morning. We're pretty communal with not only spices, but keep a general stock of staple items - coffee, butter, pasta, flour / sugar etc.

Dining area has a lovely table for <6, and living area has comfy couches for lounging, a game cabinet, mounted TV with sound bar, all relevant streaming services +HBO, window AC in the summer.

The apt is nicely furnished with many lovely plants, and with little rearranging, is a great space for hosting our occasional events (Trivia night, Holiday parties, Oscars etc.) We keep it clean and tidy (not OCD status). There are 2 common closets - entry for supplies / endless amount of reusable grocery bags etc, hall closet for coats and linens.

Utilities:
Everything below included in the $950 rent. All utilities - gas / heat, electric, wifi. All house supplies - cleaning, TP / paper towels, soap etc. ALL STREAMING SERVICES - Hulu, Netflix, HBO. Google Smart home in the kitchen for following your favorite recipes. HUE lights throughout the home for setting the perfect lighting for reading, dancing, or movie nights. Monthly bills also include a housekeeper that comes 2x/month, and will clean/tidy your room, and change sheets once monthly.

There is also a FULL BASEMENT where you can store bikes, summer/winter clothing, suitcases etc. We have private access to a (sloped) rooftop for the occasional stargazing or sunbathing. All the (3 unit) building residents get along well and the building is full of friendly creatives and entrepreneurs in their 20s and 30s.

The Room:
The bedroom is large and well appointed. Furnished with a queen size bed with Casper mattress, bookshelves / display shelves, double closet with sliding doors, bedside tables, and desk with chair. Fully furnished and decorated. One window above the bed.

The Roomies:
3 very down to earth roommates who like to share wine and laughs when we happen to be home together. F30: works in FinTech, news junkie, likes to cook and read with the occasional dance all night streak, originally from the SF Bay Area. F29: VFX producer, health conscious netflix bingeing, sassy introvert, originally from Minnesota, previously lived in London. M27: stylish QA engineer who makes his own music and whips up an amazing curry, from North Carolina by way of South Africa.

Pets:
1 friendly Tortie F10, unemployed bird watcher, loves belly rubs, very clumsy. And a bowl full of fish. NO ADDITIONAL PETS CONSIDERED.

The Area:
Transport -- 3 Blocks to the Myrtle-Bway JMZ, 1/2-2 blocks to multiple bus stops, and 4 blocks to Zip Car, Bushwick cab arrives in 5 mins and is the cheapest car service in town!

Food Stuffs -- 4 grocery/markets within 2-3 blocks of the apartment, cute coffee shops, pizza etc within a 5 min walk. 3 liquor stores close by as well. Bars/restaurants a plenty, and only a short or very short walk away. 1/2 block to Deli. 2 blocks to pizza.

Laundry -- The Mat is literally 1/2 a block from the apt, and is very quick / affordable with wash and fold.

You: Laid-back but clean person who does your dishes and pitches in for house chores (sweeping, kitchen, etc). Animal and people friendly with a sense of humor and style. LGBT + POC friendly. Open communicator who doesn't dwell on the past. We've lived with both men and women in the apt so either is fine.
