The loft has a big common area with dining room, kitchen and living room where we love to have dinner with our friends.

The room is available starting from November 15th.
Rooms size: about 250 sqf feet.

We are looking for a male or female , easy-going, who can be a roommate but also a friend who sometimes loves to have a chat in the apartment and enjoy a good glass of wine.

We take care of our apt. and we like to keep the common space clean and neat.

The rent is 1300$ a month. Utilities are included (electricity, gas, garbage, internet).
One month deposit is requested.
