Our older Victorian Home in Brooklyn from 1910. Windows and sun exposure, HUGE bedrooms, closets, furnished, OR UNFURNISHED, parquet floors, high ceilings, front & backyard, garden, terrace/porch/balcony on each level..
THE various rooms are spread out over 2 floors with separate kitchens and baths on each floor.. I dont want you to think there are 6 rooms all on one level and squished together... this is a large older Victorian original sized big rooms.

If you want new and modern then this is not for you.

The location is 1 block to the D train subway metro. 25-45 minutes to various NYC Manhattan. City Hall, Wall Street, Macy's Herald Sq. 34 st, 42st Times Square, central park, Madison Sq. Grdn...all within reach via a scenic D train ride over the bridge. The opposite direction takes you to the Coney Island and Brighton Beach boardwalk, swiiming, entertainment
Luna Park, aquarium and fresh air promenade on the boardwalk...

when you had enuf of the big city skyscrapers and roof top lounges then settle down for the night in the quieter orthodox and jewish neighborhood surrounded by China Town, Maimonides Hospital, Windsor and Greenwood, ++ other foreign folks live in and around this very safe Boro park area of Brooklyn..
you can visit renowned Jewish Restaurants such as Urbana just across the street.. The great fresh bread and pastry bakeries, Sushi, Amnons Pizza, Health food stores, gourmet take out food stores, supermarkets that are Polish, Hungarian, Chinese, Spanish, Jewish, Italian, all down the block and some are very close by 13 ave, 8th ave, 16 ave etc.
Don't leave without sampling famous NY Bagels that only Brooklyn water can provide..
Just at the corner gastronome extravaganza. all your conveniences; food, grocery shopping, Vegan, Vegetarian gluten free, any menu and health food stores, Internet cafe, restaurants, banks, cleaners, laundromat, take out, parks, trains-buses hospital, library, shoe maker, computer shops, at your fingertips. open until midnight. safe neighborhood to be out very late..

You have your choice of many rooms within a 3 level 3 apartments with various rooms. Your room is private. The kitchens and bath areas on each floor are shared. and front porch. ... 3rd floor has 3 huge bedrooms and a larger kitchen and bath.... and open terrace. 2nd floor consists of 4 rooms, covered porch, shared kitchen and bath, twin or full beds, towels, bedding, pillows, desk, whatever you need we have it..., etc. .

we are looking for friendly, respectable, courteous people.. who are employed as usual out of the house, students -professionals, interns, artists, language studies, medical students, phd students, commuters, tourists etc..

we offer off campus housing for university and college students. short or long term rentals. MONTH TO MONTH AS WELL.

We have 2 females on one of the floors, and we have a male on one of the floors.

We are fine with couples. just to explain we charge per person so a double room with 1 full bed or 2 twin beds.
is different price than single occupancy room rate,.

we are close to NYU Polytechnic university., Brooklyn Army Terminal, Brooklyn College, BAT, FERRY SERVICE, Industry City Bklyn China Town, sunset park, prospect park...Barclay Center.. the beaches and pools, Empire State bldg, .Maimonides hospital, NYU Langone, , wall street financial district, 14th st union square, macy, rockefeller center, Lincoln Square, times square...short and direct train ride into NYC from Brooklyn.
