Furnished Room in Huge House with Pool

Hi, please read the description. I have 2 rooms available for rent in my huge home, SE Arlington, near Life Time Fitness and 20 mins away from UTA. The 1st room (shared bathrooms) comes furnished with a queen bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair, it has a walk-in closet. There is a washer & dryer on-site. You will have complete access to the home including the swimming pool.

The 2nd is the master bedroom has it's own bathroom obviously, room is huge with a king bed, mattress, night stand, two dressers, desk and chair and a BIG walk-in closet. Roommates are all very respectful, friendly and most importantly we keep the home clean (we clean weekly)! To move in you will need a $400 refundable deposit ($500 for master) and $700 rent with bills included ($900 for the master).
-I'm looking for someone that is clean, someone that would treat this place as their own. No pets, no drugs, no smoking in the house, I'm ok with a few friends over every now and then as long as it doesn't get out of hand
-Must be employed and must provide proof of employment (last two pay stubs). Unemployed students are welcome but with a full month deposit
-I will run a background check
-Month to month lease
