Option 1
1 bedroom unfurnished and 1 private bathroom for $825 + Utilities

Option 2
1 Master bedroom unfurnished and 1 master restroom $925 + Utilities (There is an option to have this room left furnished)

The house is a 4 bed 3 bath located in the Sunfield neighborhood in Buda, Texas. The utilities are split between all the roommates. There is a $500 refundable deposit required for either room option. We are not looking for couples. The rooms are ready to move in now. There is also another room that can be rented for a home office if needed for an additional cost. The lease will be for 12 months.

About the house:
The house is a newbuild and has a large back yard. The house is in the Sunfield neighborhood in Buda, Texas. The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer installed. We are 15 min from Kyle and 30 min to downtown Austin, we are off I-35. The community has walking/biking trails, a lap pool and lazy river with pavilion.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a chill laid back roommate who isn’t a big partier and doesn’t smoke/vape. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and looking for a LGBTQ+ affirming roommate. No preference on gender. We will possibly consider smaller pets.
