Looking for a spacious and comfortable place to call home while studying? This might be perfect for you! I am looking to rent one of my rooms on the second floor of a large house. The floor features a shared bathroom and large kitchen and is ideal for students who want to live in a quiet, safe and cozy environment.

The house is located across the street from a peaceful and quiet area with no houses, making it an ideal location for those who want a calm and relaxing space. It is a great option for those attending St. John's or Queens College. The house is less than a 10 minute drive or bus ride away from both campuses, making it a convenient and affordable option for students.

I have a friendly and well-behaved dog that will be living in the house along with me(a full time grad student) and my father(retired).
Rent is $1200 per month and first, last and security will be requested upon moving in. Rent includes all utilities, use of laundry machine, Wi-Fi, water and electricity. We welcome responsible tenants who are looking for a quiet and respectful living environment.
