$900/month Astoria Room - Great Location

Hello everyone.

Attached are pictures of one of the rooms I am renting out. I will be sleeping in the living room with panels for privacy; there will also be another roommate in the adjacent room. That means 3 roommates altogether in a decently sized 2-bedroom apartment.

You must come prepared with at least your 3 most recent paystubs. The rent is $900/month, the security deposit is also $900, so to move in, the total cost is $1,800. This unit is in one of the best parts of Astoria and Astoria is highly regarded not only as one of the best neighborhoods of Queens but the entire city, period.

This room is not furnished. Any work it does need is minor and I welcome any suggestions that you have.

We want someone with a problem-solving, team-playing mentality who is not prone to temper tantrums and can of course consistently pay rent on time.

About me: I’m almost 33 years old, I’m a native New Yorker and I am a public servant at a call center. Every day varies. I am either at a concert, doing urban exploration or simply being with friends or my significant other on off days. That or consuming media on my media devices. I’ve been living in this apartment since 2004. I treat it like it’s my baby. I hope you do too.
