Big bedroom open with a sunny view of the Cloisters in a surprisingly large 2br, third floor walk-up (easy, wide stairs). Bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, window AC, and wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. Personal coat closet outside bedroom door. It’s a pre-war building with hardwood floors and a decent kitchen. All gender identities and orientations welcome, especially nerdy types. 3 cats and numerous fish in the apartment. Cats and most other pets welcome. Large living room with 55” tv.

Short walk from the A-train (express), lots of restaurants, and a 24-hour grocery store.

Month-to-month, with one month notice before move-out. Move-in 2/16~ or 3/1.

Additional utility fees: $35 for half of internet and 3/8 of ConEd power/gas (average 3/8 for 2022 was $75, peaking in late summer). [TRANSPARENCY BREAKDOWN: $1235 is half of my total rent, plus $15 for furnishings and amenities]
