BEST FEATURES OF APT:

PROSPECT PARK
The park is one block away on 8th Ave. Great for jogging and exercising, meeting friends or just taking in the awesome natural beauty of the park etc. It gets very active on weekends and if you go early in the morning before 9am or after 6pm you get to interact with all the many dogs out getting their exercise in!

NEIGHBORHOOD
This is one of the most architecturally and historically rich areas of Brooklyn. You will see all the beautiful Brownstones mostly built before the 1900s. Very quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Friendly folks. You are sure to meet a neighbor hosting a yard sale or some kids manning a lemonade stand on any given weekend.

SUBWAY:
Some of best features of my apartment is that it is very close to many trains.
6mins from 2/3 train (Grand Army Plaza sta.)
9mins from Q/B train (7 Ave sta.)
12mins from F/G train (7 Ave sta.)
12 mins from R train (Union Street sta.)

PARK SLOPE FARMER'S MARKET
There is an AMAZING Farmer's Market EVERY Saturday at Grand Army Plaza at the entrance to Prospect Park where you get the best organic and freshest seasonal produce, grass-fed meats, organic eggs, maple syrup, flowers to even whiskey and homemade soaps. It's really cool! Great vibe too.

FOOD
One block away from a very nice Key Food on 7th Ave and just opened 'fancier' Key Food on Flatbush Ave.
There are two trendy Union Markets on Union Street and on Flatbush Ave. There's also a Coop Market on Union Street as well.

There is a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods Market two stops away on the Q, and 2/3 respectively, and a second Whole Foods Market about 20 on foot.

Lots of really great bars, cafes and restaurants all along 7th and 5th Aves.

SHOPPING
Again along 7th Ave you can find pretty much any other convenience you need - banks, hardware, boutiques, book stores, wine shops, etc.

Atlantic Terminal Mall opposite the Barclay Center is only 2 stops away on the 2/3. - You can find Target, Marshall's Best Buy, etc.
