Located in a residential neighborhood in Brooklyn, this apartment offers a very nice place to live during your stay.
This house has only 3 apartments
There are 4 bedrooms in this apartment and one and half bathrooms
Clean, spacious and furnished with care to be very comfortable for our guests.

A full equipped kitchen with a microwave, all cookware and all you need to prepare a meal home.
2 full bathroom

Your room is private and completely furnished and provide all the necessary for a comfortable stay
A bed: All rooms have a full size bed
A desk and a chair
A clothes cabinet + storage space
A window
A lock can be install on your door (if not already there.)

A set of sheets for your bed. A comforter/blanket
Wireless connection (network and password provided upon arrival)
All utilities included in price (except air conditioner)

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in a neighborhood called South Park Slope/Sunset Park
This is a nice neighborhood. You will find near by all the things you might need.
If you are looking for something specific, you can always contact us as we know the area very well.
Subway: R - Station: 25th street
Grocery stores: there are 3 grocery stores in a 5 blocks radius + deli open 24 hours
Laundromat: There is 1 on 22nd street and 5th and also 1 open 24 hours 4 blocks away.
Restaurants, bars and cafes: are everywhere. You can just call and get delivered home by most of them.
Pharmacy: 2 pharmacies open 24/7 on 9th street and 5th avenue (10 minute walk)
Other: Prospect Park is near by and the Pavilion movie theatre is close by also.
They have 7 screening rooms with the latest movies

Most of our guests are students and interns from all around the world as we work with many schools in different countries.
This is generally the case but we accept all guests.

ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION
We are very experienced in furnished rental and based on our guests suggestions, we created a set of rules that help everyone in the apartment for a better living experience. You will be required upon arrival to sign additional clauses to the contract. You can see most of these rules in the house rules. Contact us if you have any questions. We have few other properties if this one is not available anymore so just inquire within and we will let you know what do we have left depending on the semester.
