The apartment is on the second floor. 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet, and one additional toilet. Big kitchen with gas, big fridge. Cooking utensils are there an commonly used. A dining table and chairs. The room is on the sunny side and shows to the yard. Heater works perfectly and it gets very warm in winter. Tv inside the room with free Netflix.

About the roommates:
The tree male roommates a not party people inside the flat, no-one smokes inside and we do no loud music, but we are always there for a chat. All honest working people, no stealing. We are looking for a clean and friendly person.

About the neighborhood:
5 minutes to the J line, 10 minutes walk distance to the M line. Bus lines 38, 46, 54 all 1-10 minutes walking away. Bed-Ford Stuyvesant is quite safe now, since the NYPD is always on the streets. A lot of young, mixed background people, white, black, Asian, Latino. Hippies, artists and students. Nice hip cafes near buy and organic markets. Bars and Party Venues close by.
