Before I ever have you move in, I only ask that I meet up and have lunch together a couple of times, I have trust issues due to my last roommates.
I would say it's a medium sized room, however I'm personally use to tiny rooms, so it might be a small to others.
It is unfurnished.
I could add a sleeping mat into the bedroom if needed as I have one, and a desk if you need it as well.
It's be a shared bathroom, so respecting one's boundaries well in the bathroom be great, there is no living room, the kitchen has a variety of cupboards, I'm only currently using one.
I have a small table for two in the dining room, could always add an extra chair if needed.
Currently using the hallway closet as my current closet, but also holds the toilet paper and whatnot.
I would prefer a female, or a couple over a single male.
