Two rooms ONE price/full gym/laundry room/parking

I realize there are not any pictures uploaded, but for whatever reason I am having trouble uploading my pictures on the app as when I click on them to upload it just closes my photos app and doesn’t transfer them to the app.. so please if you think you are interested contact me, and I can send you the photos through email/text/messaging apps. So with that said here are what I hope would be the main benefits to becoming roommates and I even listed the potential cons to better give a full picture for you! I’m a 28 year old straight male, really laid back, open-minded, open for conversation.

Suburban 2 floor with half-finished basement, 4 bedroom home, Main living room and secondary living room, 1 bathroom in Rahway, NJ, 5 minutes from local train station. Renting the two upstairs bedrooms to one person. The upstairs will be yours but you will have free access to my entire house and everything in it.

Full free-weight home gym set with barbell, dumbbells, curl bar, safety rack, resistance bands, medicine balls, treadmill and yoga mat in basement.

Washer/dryer all located in basement free to use whenever you want.

Front yard and backyard with table and deck for friends if you want to have them over. (Just confirm when either one of us will be having friends over so no issues arise)

Driveway and free neighborhood street parking is always available.

*I WILL PAY ALL UTILITIES. Just be on time with the rent for each month.*

MAIN BENEFIT TO LIVE HERE: I am out of the house more than I am in it for the most part so for just the rent payment per month, you will essentially have a full house with a gym, laundry area, and front/backyards to yourself and don’t have to worry about utilities as I will cover them in full.

MAIN POTENTIAL ISSUE: Only 1 bathroom that we have to share, but I work afternoons and nights so it is unlikely we would be in each others way if you have a day job with normal hours.

Had one previous roommate so far and can provide them as reference upon request for their experience staying with me.

I am also a terrible cook, so in terms of food I will gladly buy pretty much all the food/grocery shopping but am in dire need of help to cook it so it tastes halfway decent lol.
