1 bedroom in multi-level apartment near beach

I am looking for one roommate to fill one available bedroom in a multi-story 2 bedroom apartment one block from the beach in Asbury Park. The available room is spacious with large closets, multiple storage areas, and a nice view of the ocean. The rest of the apartment includes a washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen with all amenities (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and plenty of counter space. We have a cozy living room with an amazing balcony overlooking Sunset Lake and the ocean in the distance. We also have a small front porch, a backyard perfect for BBQ’s and small gatherings, and adequate basement storage space. The neighborhood is super safe and well-lit with street parking. We are two houses down from The Asbury and Asbury Lanes is a stone’s throw from our backyard. This is probably the best spot in Asbury Park. Lots of young people in the area. The unit is totally worth the price.

I am a male in my early 30’s with a steady full-time job that keeps me out of the house for 9+ hours daily. I am very quiet and respectful with a long history of living with different types of roommates. I do not smoke nor do drugs. Clean background. Super reliable and always on time with bills. I have an adult dog who is very obedient, rarely barks, and gets along with all people and animals. I am looking for a like-minded person. All races/genders/ages welcome. Lease runs from April 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024. Security deposit is $1,400. Utilities not included but average out to $80-100/month. Credit report and background check likely required.
