Roommate wanted for 2 bdrm townhome in Stillwater

Looking for roommate to share 2 bdrm townhome on a quiet street in Stillwater, MN. Shares a bathroom, kitchen, garage, driveway, living room, and patio. Room has closet, but Is unfurnished. Living room is partially furnished. I am fairly quiet, and rarely have more than one guest. I do have plants and a cat, it's crucial that you are okay with a cat living here. He is well mannered, but stand offish (not super friendly until he warms up to you). Water is included in rent, otherwise we would split gas/electric, waste removal, and internet unless you choose a different provider. Laundry is included, and we have a medium sized washer and dryer. There is a porch, I keep some plants on it, but we can re arrange portions of the shared space if you seem to be a great fit! I am flexible. Ideally we could be friends and hang out sometimes, but it's not crucial. If you love to party, I am hoping you mainly do it elsewhere.
