Room In Use Check Back In 2 Months

AT THIS TIME THIS ROOM FOR RENT IS OCCUPIED BY A FEMALE. CHECK BACK IN A COUPLE MONTHS. THANK YOU. I just moved into a cute, remodeled home in Warren Michigan bungalow end of October. it's 3 bedrooms. you would have the whole upstairs which is two bedrooms (you get both rooms) and has a small 1/2 bath upstairs as well. We can share Living room, kitchen. Brand new washer dryer as well. Main bath downstairs with tub and shower. I work 6pm-4:30am Sun-Wed. sometimes I do deliveries on my days off. so, you would have house more to yourself than me even being there.

Female preferred, with or without kids no problem. I Don’t like living with guys. Not into party scene. No smoking, No drugs, no pets.

All the bedroom pictures you see will be your complete upstairs.

I'm not asking for deposit I also am not asking for first/last Month's rent either. Times are tough and as long as your portion is paid on time would be appreciated. If you need a place for a Month or longer let me know. I'm asking $500 a Month Internet will be free. Half on electric/gas/water as well.

Have no idea on utility prices yet because I just moved in a couple weeks ago myself. Long personal story if interested but for now I am renting this home and want to share to help someone till I buy a home next Fall.
