There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in total. I, the owner, will occupy the master bedroom. Two rooms(Bathroom will be shared by 2 people occupying the two rooms) are available for rent. Each room is $800/Month, All Utilities included. Rooms are unfurnished.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Any gender is ok. No couples, unfortunately. NO SMOKING OR VAPING or drugs of any kind in house or on property. Military members are encouraged. Applicants will have to pay for and pass a background check(Costs around $41.99, this may be discussed and waived if you are active duty military).
10-minute drive to Tyndall AFB .
Serious Inquiries only. This house is made to make all roommates feel comfortable and safe in a quite friendly neighborhood. All roommates are expected to clean up after themselves and be respectful/drama-free as this is a shared house.
About the owner: 30year old , Active duty Air Force. Respectful and cleans up after himself.
