Room for rent in safe and quite West Sac home

I’m reaching out to find a roommate that is looking for a unique opportunity to live in mature neighborhood and a beautiful home.
Home includes your own room and full size bathroom.
There’s a spare bedroom that will be utilized as we feel fit (storage exercise ect).
You will also get a garage space so your vehicle won’t be stuck outside.
The house also has a new washer/dryer with up to date appliances. The house will be an open space.
As you have noticed there’s a pool and just like the pool the house needs to be kept clean so this would be discussed.
There’s also a cat. He’s nonnegotiable so if you have a pet we would need to have a meet and greet. There would be an additional deposit for the pet as well (negotiable if it works).
I work from home but my office is in my room and I keep to myself for most of the day.
If your interested let me know and we can discuss. I’m not in a hurry so want the right person.
All seriousness aside I’m an easy going 41 year old male that loves sports and hanging out.
There’s also a bar in the front room.
