Hello! I am looking for someone to take over a lease for a private room in a 4 bedroom house in Visitacion Valley of San Francisco. Single occupancy and no pets please.
RENT: $1,200/ month (not including utilities, but they are split with 3 other people)
The room is located on the second floor of the house with 1 large closet, skylight, and private rooftop access. It is right next to the shared bathroom (only shared with one other person).
All other living spaces are shared and there is a washer and dryer on the first floor. There are 3 other roommates between the ages of 18 and 35 whom are all working professionals or full time students.
This is a good, safe location that is a 5-10 minute walk to John Mclaren Park, markets, and my favorite coffee shop (Mission Blue).
