Hello my name is Alex and thank you for your consideration. I am 30 years old and I've lived here since we purchased this condo in April of 2020. Unfortunately I'm losing the lady that has been such a fantastic housemate for sometime, because she's moving out of state. I work full time, I don’t drink or smoke, I don’t have many guests and I live a quiet, happy, drama free life. I have really nice neighbors, there is a community pool and jacuzzi and we're close to several markets, restaurants and bars and there's even a new EoS Fitness Gym that's opening up in March, just a couple of miles away. I'm looking for a responsible, clean, mature, respectful, single adult. No pets, no kids please.

The condo is located in the part of Winchester that's near Temecula and Murrieta, a couple of miles from Winchester road between Thompson and Benton. It is available on March 4th but if you need more time, for the right person, we're flexible on move in date. The rent is $995 per month PLUS half the utilities which INCLUDES INTERNET.
