Looking for roommate or a couple to move in by April 1, 2023 or sooner, if ready.

The apartment is The Gateway Apartment Homes located in Orange, CA on the third floor. The rent is $1330/month plus half of utilities. If it’s a couple we could split expenses by three. There is also a deposit of $300-$400 depending if it’s one or two new roommates.

The complex is thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The residents enjoy a variety of extraordinary amenities and spacious grounds with easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation.

Bedroom has walk-in closet, private balcony off the bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit, and A/C. Free assigned parking spot on the fourth floor (there are elevators).

The complex has numerous large BBQs throughout the grounds, four resort-style swimming pools (one is Olympic length), spas, cabanas with tvs, outdoor media lounges with fireplace, bar & TVs, sports lounge with billiards and TVs, electric car charging stations, business center with four desktop computers and a printer, three fitness centers and movement studio with daily yoga classes, spacious clubhouse with kitchen, 24-hour secured Parcel lockers for delivered packages, two dog parks, a koi pond, lots of events for the residents to enjoy like food trucks on Thursdays (residents pay) and car washing services every Saturday (residents pay) to name a few.
