The room itself has basically all the amenities! The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, high speed internet, a very spacious sitting room and kitchen (1.1k sq ft total), and air conditioning/heating. You would have a personal parking space, bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.

The property is safe, very quiet, has a pool/jacuzzi, a small gym, and a lounge/open work area (currently under renovation, alas). The complex manager and maintenance team are really nice and incredibly quick to respond to work orders and other such inquiries! Pets of all size are welcome, and there is both an on-site pet area and a very spacious dog friendly park less than 10 minutes' drive away.

The area itself is on a main road right next to two grocery stores, a myriad of restaurants, a CVS, and is a short trip from a sizable, dog friendly park. The complex is a half mile from the 101 and a mile from the 405, straight shots both ways. It's a straight shot to both the Burbank/North Hollywood area and West LA, though traffic will be a factor (especially to West LA - the 405 is truly miserable in rush hour...).

I've lived in LA for about a year now, and work remotely as a software engineer. My hobbies are songwriting, climbing, hiking, and games of all varieties. As a roommate, I'm mostly very quiet (and very receptive to being told to decrease my volume when I'm not), polite, do my best to keep things clean, and am always down to chat if you wanna talk about your day or what have ya! I will also in all likelihood be looking after my family's senior Golden Retriever for significant portions of the coming year, if not the whole year, though he is very friendly and I will handle his care..
