Trans Femme Musican looking for spare room

I am a 20 year old trans woman with 2 cats looking to share an apartment. I work as an usher in the city for a Jazz music venue and other entertainment venues. I make my own music but aside from me occasionally playing acoustic guitar you'll never hear me get too loud. I would prefer finding other lgbt housemates, not a requirement but it would help me feel safer. I can keep mostly keep to myself but if you need someone to talk to I can do that too.
