Searching for 1-2 Female Roommates

Hey! I’m Lex and I’m a 24yo working in finance. I’m looking to find a new apartment with 1-2 female roommates with a lease starting sometime in January/February (I’m flexible) in any of these neighborhoods: Battery Park City, Fidi, Seaport, lower Tribeca/Soho, and Hoboken & Newport in Jersey City (both of which would be close to the Path to easily get into the city).

Roommate-wise, I really want to find someone who has a similar social & apartment lifestyle to me. I am super easygoing and want to share an apartment with someone I am friends with! Being clean in common spaces and upholding quiet hours (10pm) are really important to me, especially since I start work at 6:30am in office. After work, I typically have some client events or happy hour drinks with coworkers, and if not will go to the gym for a workout. On weekends, I love to be out and about, making brunch and park picnic plans during the day and later going out to dinner and occasionally hosting friends over for a drink before going out at night. I don’t smoke or bring the party home at the end of the night. I’m also down for roomie movie nights-I already have a projector (along with living room furniture) and the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe to make. I also love to online shop, go to House music concerts, walk dogs for wag, and play volleyball.
