Laid-back writer looking for a quiet, large room.

Hi, My name is Joe. I'm looking for a Large room, 12' by 12' if possible, I have a full size, high quality mattress/bed, a small antique desk and a 47" flat-screen tv with stand. I'd like to take all with me. Would prefer a private bathroom but I'm flexible. Searching For a Quiet place to work, rest and chill. I cook Roughly 4 times a month, mostly Italian And Enjoy sharing! I'm a writer currently working on a non fiction piece. I also do billing for an aircraft parts company from home. I write/work predominantly at night as that is my best Inspiration. I'm accustomed to having roommates. I am quiet, clean, reliable, and respectful of your space and privacy. I'm looking for long term, 2 years minimum. I am also covid 19 vaccinated.
