Ideally the landlord would be a dog person, and the room not be furnished. I maintain a valid FL driver's license for work but live the bicycle in real life. And I need to ride the bus sometimes. I live clean, requiring only to cook on Sunday and freeze my portions for the upcoming work week in my very small deep chest freezer. Occasionally I can sleep 20 hours on a day off.
