Room Needed by 4/15

Hello! I'm a recently moved to NYC woman looking for a furnished//unfurnished, decent sized private room in Manhattan for $1200-1350 (including utilities preferred) from South Harlem to Lower NYC. Although I don't mind if there are no pets in the apartment, having one is a big plus, & I am looking to adopt a cat as my ESA (emotional support animal) as they greatly help with my health, so I would want to make sure no one is allergic or have a problem with a pet in the place. I'm currently working as a full time bookseller with Barnes & Noble, so my schedule would be different each week, but thankfully no late nights to worry about. When I'm not working I usually like to read as much as I can, write, hang out with friends in life & online, watch movies & shows, workout, listen to music, & take long walks (when the weather is agreeable). Usually a quiet homebody, I'm always up to go out when the time comes, & always make sure my personal & communal areas stay clean, so everyone can use what they need when they need it (I also do weekly cleans of my own room, thank you habits formed from years of home living).
