My name is Estefania and I’m 31 years old. I've been living in nyc for 11 years, and I’m currently looking for either a room or someone who I could rent a 2br apartment with. I’d like that the apartment we share be a safe, peaceful space to be in. My ideal roommate would be someone respectful, who I could have clear communication with, and it would be a plus if we could have a good relationship where we enjoy doing things together but like I said, it's a plus, not a must. Respect is the most important thing to me.
