Looking for apartment/roommates
I'm looking to sublet or join an existing lease ASAP for about 6 months-longer. My budget is a max of $1350 and my preferred neighborhoods are the east village, Greenpoint, Park Slope, PLG, Kensington, Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, or DUMBO, but I’m okay with any area that’s generally safe, on a transit line, has a grocery store nearby, and within a commutable distance to Williamsburg.
I'm looking to live with girls only or LGBTQ.
I’m allergic to cats unfortunately so I won’t be able to live with one.
A little about me- I'm 23 and work as a program associate at Brooklyn Legal Services. I’m from Albany and went to Binghamton University for undergrad and my masters. I like reading, watching movies, and trying new foods. I’m a little introverted but I also like meeting new people and hanging out with friends. I’m new to NYC so I’d love to be friends, but it’s not a requirement. The important thing is we can coexist, be respectful, and clean up after ourselves.
