I am seeking a Bedroom with Private Bath rental — in a peaceful, clean, long-term (minimum 6 months) — home. I am not looking for multiple roommates. Just one.

I am a mature female, working full-time (outside of the house).

I can pay up to $1,200 per month (including ALL utilities) and I MUST HAVE MY OWN BATHROOM in a shared apartment. I am also open to renting a Studio or one or two bedroom apartment — in which case I can pay up to $1,500.

I am very active (busy), considerate and communicative. I am friendly, but will respect your space. I exercise regularly, eat well (well, mostly) and take good care of myself. I am outgoing and productive. I am CLEAN and a stickler for cleaning up after myself and leaving the rooms clean. I am fun. I am spiritual. I do not smoke. I am fully vaxxed and boosted.

I pay my rent on-time and I make good decisions.

Please note: I think cats are wonderful, but I am highly allergic to them. So, I wouldn’t be able to live in the same home that has a cat.
