Pleasant, quiet, friendly man looking for a room

Like I said, I am pleasant, quiet and friendly. I am easy to get along with. I don't mind staying to myself or interacting. Whatever is comfortable for you.

I am 68 and am in excellent health. I am neat. I am active and I work full time. I currently drive for Uber.

I am very handy. I know how to do basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and mechanical work and I would be happy to help with things you may need.

I don't mind pets. I particularly like dogs. However, I am very allergic to cats, so no cats.

NEEDS
* Access to a refrigerator/freezer. I don't keep much.
* Internet access.
* Access to a shower. I prefer to shower when I get up but I am flexible.

DESIRES
* Access to a kitchen. I don't cook often but I do like to sometimes.
* Access to a washer and dryer.
* Access to a place to do maintenance (like oil changes) to my car.
* If it is a situation where someone there cooks, I would be happy to share some meals and contribute towards food.
