Your potential roommates:

Mary- I’m from a small beach town just south of Boston. I just graduated from MASSART with a degree in design and illustration. I like going to book stores, going to the movies, thrifting, and walking around the city. I have a tuxedo cat named “little girl” lol she’s friendly and curious, but if you’d prefer she leave you alone I’ll keep her mostly in my room with all of her food and toys!

Lilly- I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada but I moved to New York to pursue my undergraduate degree in Politics at The New School. I’m currently working at this brand called COS doing a cross between visual merchandising and sales. However, I’m also working an internship with the New York city government that I’m hoping will lead me to a full-time position where I can utilize my degree more. My interests vary vastly, so what I do for fun can range from bar hopping through the night to museum outings to simply staying home and catching up on all the latest binge-worthy shows and movies. The most consistent way I have fun is by trying new foods at different restaurants, I would definitely consider myself a foodie. I love to hit the gym as often as I can and I’ve been trying to get better at learning to cook, even if it’s simple foods! I don’t have any pets with me here, but I have 2 dogs at home that I miss dearly.

Chelsea- I am originally from New Jersey and then moved to Las Vegas to attend high school then moved here to NYC for college. I am currently a senior at New York University studying Applied Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and a minor in Business, Entertainment, Media, and Technology Studies. I currently work as a Business intern at a business consulting agency that specializes in the gaming industry. I really love to go out and explore the city especially eat and drink at different restaurants or cafes. I am a big experience person so I love to try and find new experiences in the city to try out like spending a day at Gov Island or going to a broadway show.

I, Sarah, am a professional roommate matchmaker with Perfect Strangers (look us up on yelp- we are the real deal!). We pair individuals who are looking to move into a new apartment but need help connecting to awesome roommates to sign a lease with.

Please message me with a bit of information about yourself, where you are currently living, why you are moving, what you do professionally, and when you are free to view the apartment. Please also send me your email so I can send you a video of the unit.

If you like the apartment, I will then, personally, introduce you to the roommates. Everyone must meet before moving forward. If you like the roommate and apartment then 1st months rent, 1 month security and a $50 roommate application fee.
