My partially furnished, converted room is in a luxury high-rise building in the heart of Downtown, Jersey City available for IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN, FEMALES ONLY! The room is converted from a living room and is semi-private, but it is very spacious with an in-unit AC/heater and large windows for plenty of natural light. There is a wardrobe and curtain that separates it from the common area. You will be sharing the apartment common areas (bathroom, living area, kitchen) with a female working professional who lives in the other bedroom, and works in the city. I have never had any issues with privacy since my roommate is courteous and respectful.

Rent is $1253 the month. Utilities are electricity and internet, which average to about $30 for Verizon and about $20 (variable) for PSE&G. Due to personal reasons and not anything about the room or apartment, I am moved out and need someone to replace me on the lease until August 31st, 2018. I'm looking for a girl interested in signing onto a lease as a new tenant ASAP. Lease renewal is at the discretion of you and my current roommate. The apartment is perfect for young, working professionals that commute to New York City.

It's an 8 min walk to the Grove Street Path station, and less than 30 min to 33rd street station in Midtown, door to door! It's also less than 15 min away from WTC door to door! There is also very easy access to the Newark Penn, Journal Square, and Hoboken path train lines. In addition, the light rail station is 2 blocks away. I commuted to NYU for grad school for the past year and almost never had any issues with long commute times. It is in an extremely convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The lively downtown area is only a 5 min walk away.

Garage Parking is available for an additional monthly fee that is competitive to the area, and there is also street parking. The apartment has a full kitchen with steel appliances, a large bathroom with new fixtures, and washer/dryer is in-unit!

The apartment building has 24hr doorman in the lobby, access to 24hr gym and weight room, recreational lounge with Wifi, a pool (off-season at the moment), and complimentary yoga classes three times a week in the yoga studio.
