Room for rent! Everything Included!

Hi today I have a room in my apartment available for rent. The apartment itself was very recently renovated and is beautiful.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house and my roommate and I fill the other 2 rooms.
The room is a nice perfect cozy size for one person and there is plenty of closet space. There is also one large window which lets in plenty of natural light. The room is unfurnished but included in the rent is heat, electric, water, cable, and wifi. To move in you need first months rent, last month rent, and a security deposit.
There are plenty of stores within walking distance of the house including a laundry matt that is 3 minutes away walking. Also plenty of on-street parking available right outside of the house.
We are ideally looking for someone to move in immediately and that is trying to stay for ATLEAST 8 months, but a year would be perfect.
