Medium Sized room for rent close to SI Ferry

Hello,

We are looking for a roommate for a family like environment. This location is a 5 minute bus ride to Staten lsland ferry.

Currently the women in the apt have busy schedules but still make communal time.
Please note the room for rent is not pictured in this ad out respect for privacy of the current tenant currently living in the room. The room can be seen upon interviewing and seeing apt. The room is available June 1st.

We are looking for the best roommate match therefore, when responding please answer the following questions. We are looking for a quiet, friendly, and responsible roommate.

3. We like to keep a tidy house. Therefore, are you able to do your share of chores and clean up after your self?

4. Are you willing and able to participate in a shared dinner and house meeting once a month?

7. In a shared household it is important to communicate effectively and work as a team. In what ways are you able to communicate in peaceful and effective way?
