Looking for tenant to occupy a room in the St. George area on February 1st. The apartment complex is literally a 7 minute walk to the Staten Island Ferry. The occupier is expected to pay $800 a month, this includes; gas, electric and internet. You will have full access to the kitchen as well as the laundry facility located within the complex. An additional $400 is required as a deposit, conditions surrounding that can be discussed upon meeting with one another.
