Delis, pubs, Ecuadorian/Latin restaurant, Chinese restaurant, pizzerias, and laundromats are all within 2-5 minute walking distance. Lots of street parking in front and around the property.

Great commute into Manhattan; 25 minute subway (7 train) commute to 42nd Street- Grand Central Station. There is also 5 minute Q47 bus ride to Roosevelt Avenue-74 Street station (M, F, E, R, 7 Trains), which provides a fast commute into Manhattan.

- Male, early thirties, believer in Christ in words and actions; I do my best unto others.
- Non-smoker, no drugs or crazy lifestyle.
- Current Grad student and part-time medical interpreter.
- Friendly, respectful, considerate, and emotionally mature/intelligent.
- Do not bring the party home; however I do like small-get-togethers.
- No overnight guests; unless friends/family visiting, or a friend needs a safe place to crash for the night.

- ONLY Looking for long term (12 months) and with sub-lease agreement (for everyone's safety).

- Preferably in the mid 20's early 30's age range; however this is not a big factor, because I frankly get a long with all age ranges.
