Large Rooms for Rent in Queens, NY

I am looking for 2 roommates (female preferred) to share a 3 bedrooms apartment in Woodside, NY. There is no living room but a very large open kitchen and dinning area. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a very convenient location, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes to the #7 train station / LIRR and 10-15 mins to the city.

The rooms is available to move in right now or starting on Jan 1.

I'd prefer someone who is clean, quiet, non-smoker, responsible and respectable.

About me: I am a female in my mid twenties. I work for a software startup company in the city, so my hours are pretty much 9 - 5. I'd like someone who has a similar schedule.

Rent: There are two rooms available for renting. One is slightly bigger than the other.
1) The bigger room is huge (194ft^2) with a built-in closet. The rent for the bigger one will be $1050.
2) The rent for the slightly smaller room (182ft^2) will be $950.

(electricity, gas and heat will be splitted among all tenants in the apartment).

One month rent deposit and one month rent are required to move in.
