Beautiful House in Woodside Queens

My name is Brian O?Donnell, I?m 31 years old and I have recently become the only resident in a house in Woodside Queens. I have been living in this house for the past 6 years and my roommate of that time has moved to Astoria to live with his girlfriend. I love this house, neighborhood, access to the subways/LIRR and would hate to see it go.
The house itself has 2 Floors and an attic for storage with a small yard and a garage. The first floor has a living room, dinning room, front foyer and a kitchen with a washer and dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms (mine and the one I am renting out) and a bathroom. We also have two very sweet tenants living in the basement with no access to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The first floor is furnished but I am willing to add, subtract and rearrange furniture to accommodate.
I manage a pipe lining company in New York City and have recently graduated with my Associates degree and looking to apply for my bachelors. I work hard but I like to play hard as well. I?m not looking for some kind of a party animal but I don?t want to live with a priest/nun either. I?m looking for a roommate who is gainfully employed, clean, independent and friendly. I?m an easygoing person who loves music, laughing and parties but we need to respect one another?s boundaries and personal space. I have lived with many people over the years both male and female and I am leaning more towards finding a woman this time around. They tend to have a steady job, good credit and above all much cleaner than men. I am completely open minded, sexual orientation has no bearing on how I view anyone.
If you are interested please let me know and we can meet and get to know one another. Rent and Bills are due on the 15th of every month. You will need $900 security deposit, $900 in rent a month and we will split the bills in half (changes from month to month, but not very expensive).
