My brother is recently contracted for a 6 month extension to his touring and our bedroom has opened up. It's a 1 bedroom that has been converted to a 2 bedroom. You will have the bedroom with 2 closets. The room can come fully furnished if you want, or we can get rid of the furniture. Your choice. The apartment is fully furnished and you have use to any appliance/cookware in the kitchen.

The lease started december 1st, and will end december 1st of 2017. The lease is year to year. The rent listed includes electricity, heat, hot water, gas and telecom. If you want cable television, I will transfer the telecom over to you and pay you directly.

The building has an elevator, and is also on Skillman Avenue in Sunnyside. It's a stone's throw from half a dozen great restaurants and bars. The building is pet friendly and very peaceful.
