$975 huge room for rent in Sunnyside/LIC, Queens

I have a bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment flex(converted from two bedroom apartment) in Sunnyside/Long Island City. You will be living with 2 other people. The room available for rent is the converted bedroom, originally the living room, so the space is huge. Currently, I fit a queen sized bed, dresser, futon, table, coat rack, and a TV stand, with plenty of room to spare. There are two large windows that face towards the street so the room gets plenty of natural light. There is no closet in the room, but you are free to use the one outside. There is also a small communal area outside in the foyer to keep your bike, etc.

I'm looking for someone to move in for September 1st.
This room will come unfurnished, but I may be open to sell some furniture if you want.

Move in costs:
1st Months Rent ($950) + Security Deposit ($875)

Utilities are split amongst 3 people. Internet is a little over $20 a month per person and electricity varies between $22-28 a month per person. Heat and water are covered by the building. Cable is an option if you want as it is already hooked up for this room, but will be about an extra $30 onto your utility bill.

Details on the apartment and neighborhood
- 1 block from the 7 train and 15 minutes to midtown and 15 minutes to Astoria
- in building laundry as well as one across the street
- really great and cheap food in the area, including a taco truck and taqueria which are both open late on weekends
- plenty of grocery/supermarkets around, including 24 hour riteaids
- very diverse neighborhood and building with a mix of young and old people
- there's a bodega nearby with a great bodega cat

About the roommates: You will be living with two guys, both in their mid 20s. One is a writer/editor at a media company. Into film/spending way too much time on the internet/museums/aimlessly walking/basketball/etc. The other works in tech.
