Bedroom in Beautiful Sunnyside Home

Hello!
I am looking for a roommate to share my lovely 2 bedroom in historic Sunnyside Gardens.

The bedroom is a great size and can easily fit a full sized bed and a dresser, and has a large closet. The windows look onto the private backyard (ours to share!) and the very quiet walkway between the street's beautiful brick houses. The bedrooms are in the same "wing" of the house but are separated by the bathroom. In addition to the closet in the bedroom, there is a linen closet in the hallway, as well as a coat closet in the living room.

The apartment is the 1st floor of a brick home on a quiet street. There is a large kitchen, a dining room, as well as a backyard with a deck, as well as access to more private outdoor space. Located in Sunnyside Gardens, the area is quiet and filled with everything you need, including fantastic restaurants. The 7 train at 46th Street is only a few blocks away and the M/R is a 15 minute walk away.

Your future roommate is a female in her mid 20's. I have a regular 9-6 job, and don't often entertain or stay out late on weekends. My work as a graphic designer in the event industry keeps me working late most nights and I really value a quiet and calm home.

Please be quiet, considerate, and responsible. People with cats and small dogs are fine (I love pets of all kinds!). I prefer a female roommate with more regular work hours, but this is not a must.
